What started as a fun idea quickly became an adventure we couldn't wait to bring to life. We wanted to create something that was ours! A place where we could work together, meet new people, and serve desserts we'd be excited to stop for ourselves.

We will be serving fresh waffle cones, loaded ice cream nachos, ice cream tacos, floats, and other sweet treats. We believe the little details matter, which is why we're committed to making fresh waffle cones and using quality ingredients to create desserts that are as memorable as they are delicious.

And if you've ever wondered where the name Lanny Mae's came from, Alanis' middle name is Mae, and "Lanny Mae" has been her nickname ever since she was little. It's a name that's been part of our family for years, so choosing it for our trailer just felt right!
